The variable frequency rectifier phase shift transformer is specifically designed to provide multiphase rectified power for medium and high-voltage frequency converters. Supported by DuPont Nomex insulation, the rectifier is suitable for a wide range of medium to high voltage inverters, effectively filtering harmonics,protecting motors, dissipating heat, and preventing flames.

 

 Rectifier phase shift transformer design includes 9-phase, 12-phase, 18-phase, and 27-phase rectifier frequency conversion transformers, available in both self-cooled and air-cooled types. These transformers are distinguished by their compact size, strong overload capacity, low partial discharge, high short-circuit resistance, flame retardancy, low noise, and 40% energy savings.

Vacuum-Pressure Impregnating Process:

    1. Vacuum-pressure impregnate core and coil assembly in polyester varnish.
    2. Apply one cycle polyester protective shield of varnish to core and coils, cured on core and coil assembly following established temperature-versus-time baking cycle in hot-air circulating oven.

Reduced Harmonics: The secondary side uses an extended delta connection to reduce harmonic components in the input current.

  1. NOMEX paper Insulation: Provide class-C insulation with other benefits including heat-resistant, flame retardant, fireproof, and non- polluting.

     2.  Cold-rolled Silicon Steel Sheet: The core material is made of high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheet carefully stacked at a full 45° angle.  Advanced Process: The core adopts a through-core positioning structure with a multi-stage stepping process.Under various working conditions, the core has no lateral or longitudinal displacement.

Vacuum Pressure Impregnated (VPI) transformers are vacuum pressure impregnated with a high temperature polyester varnish. VPI ventilated dry-type transformers are designed to meet most commercial and industrial applications. VPI transformers provide excellent mechanical and short circuit strength, no danger of fire or explosion, and no liquids to leak.
